The company, which was the first Ibex 35 company to obtain this certification in 2024, has obtained it this time in eight of the markets in which it operates
Our employer, Naturgy, recently announced that it has obtained the Great Place to Work certification globally, a recognition that acknowledges the quality of its corporate culture. The company has achieved this distinction in eight countries where it operates—Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, the Dominican Republic, Spain, Mexico, and Panama—representing 98.5% of its workforce. This is the first time Naturgy has obtained the certification simultaneously in all these regions, consolidating a consistent people management model focused on high performance.
This recognition follows the milestone achieved in 2024, when Naturgy became the first IBEX 35 company to obtain the certification in Spain. The company has renewed its certification in 2026 for the third consecutive year and has obtained it for the first time in the other evaluated regions, demonstrating the consolidation of its corporate culture.
Naturgy's Chief People and Resources Officer, Enrique Tapia, stated that "this recognition highlights the consistency of our people strategy and our commitment to fostering inclusive, motivating work environments aligned with our values. We will continue working to strengthen a culture that promotes learning, teamwork, and commitment, because people are a key pillar for Naturgy's present and future."
To obtain this certification, the consulting firm Great Place to Work analyzes the responses of Naturgy's professionals using the Trust Index, an evaluation that considers five key dimensions of the employee experience: credibility, respect, pride, camaraderie, and fairness.
Naturgy adds this certification to other recent talent-related recognitions, such as the Top Wellbeing Company 2025 award and its inclusion in the TOP25 of the Merco Talent 2025 ranking.
