Senior reporter at The Australian Financial Review

Jenny has been a Sydney-based senior reporter at The Australian Financial Review, covering infrastructure and transport, since 2010. 

She is responsible for covering local and international companies that build and design infrastructure, including rail networks, airports, ports and Roads as well as analysing trends in transport policy, such as the need for regulatory changes to accommodate the evolution of driverless and electric cars. 
She spent the previous decade with the UK’s Financial Times and was the newspaper’s London-based consumer industries correspondent for five years as well as a capital markets reporter in New York covering the rise and fall of the credit derivatives and mortgage-backed securities markets. 
Before joining the Financial Times, Jenny spent two years as a mergers and acquisitions reporter for the financial newswire BridgeNews in New York, and was the editor of an agricultural commodities newsletter, Profarmer, in Perth, Western Australia. 
She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in History from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Science in Journalism from New York’s Columbia University.
