Our patron is on the Carbon Disclosure Project's (CDP) 'A List', which includes only 4% of the companies analyzed
CaixaBank has been recognized, for the fifth consecutive year, with the highest rating in the Climate Change 2025 ranking. This ranking, conducted by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), analyzes the climate management and performance of companies and organizations worldwide.
In the 2025 edition, CaixaBank has once again achieved an 'A' rating, a distinction held by only 4% of the companies analyzed. At the European level, only 11 banks are included in the A List, among them CaixaBank. Furthermore, for the twelfth consecutive year, CDP has recognized the bank in the Leadership category, achieving the highest possible rating in 14 of the 17 categories analyzed, four more than the previous year.
CDP manages the world's leading independent climate and environmental disclosure system and assesses thousands of companies each year: in 2025, more than 20,000 organizations were evaluated. CDP's rating methodology analyzes the quality of disclosure, environmental risk management, and evidence of best practices.
CaixaBank highlights that receiving an 'A' rating is recognition of its actions aimed at reducing emissions, mitigating climate risks, and establishing decarbonization targets for its investment and financing portfolio to drive the transition to a low-carbon economy.
